Returns Policy

We want you to have a positive shopping experience and are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase / arrives to you damaged / or you are unsatisfied in anyway, we will make every effort to resolved the situation. 

Items can be returned using our Free Returns form within 28 days from day of dispatch.

You can return it to us in its original condition within 28-days of the day of dispatch providing the item/s are in the original packing, unused, securely packed for postage and with a note quoting the original invoice number and a short explanation of what you require enclosed.

 

You will only be refunded for the goods returned. You will not be issued a refund for the original postage fee.

All returned items must be within 28-days.

*Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.

 **Due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colour once you receive it.

You may request replacement items, which we will dispatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products, which were not satisfactory from you. No refund will be made in these circumstances.

 

 Return of faulty or damaged goods should be made in accordance with the returns arrangements accompanied by your chosen products.

Anything received after 28 days will be sent back to the customer (at the customer's cost). Where the customer does not wish to pay return costs we will hold the item(s) for a period of 90 days after which time we will destroy them.

Please obtain your proof of postage - In the unlikely event that your return goes missing within the postal system, a photograph of your proof of postage will be requested in order for us to be able to refund your returned items. Without evidence of proof of postage we are unable to refund your missing items.
